LOCATION:

Nestled in the tranquil Forest Lakes area of Arizona, our retreat is perched at a 7,700-foot elevation on the stunning Mogollon Rim. Surrounded by the lush beauty of the forest and just a short walk from a charming pond and close to a beautiful lake, this serene location offers breathtaking views and a peaceful escape into nature.

ACCOMODATIONS:

Our retreat offers two spacious rooms, each with two individual queen beds. Enjoy access to a hot tub, hammocks, and an outdoor fire pit, perfect for relaxation and unwinding amidst nature.

    HOLISTIC HEALTH COACH & YOGA TEACHER

    Gianna is a holistic health coach & yoga teacher, with a mission to guide others on their journey to wellness and self-discovery. With a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul, Gianna empowers women to achieve balance, heal naturally, and reconnect with their innate wisdom.

  • Tracy Fitzgerald

    SOUND HEALER & YOGA TEACHER

    Tracy is deeply passionate about yoga, health, and wellness. Two years ago, she embarked on a transformative journey to Costa Rica with her daughter Gianna to become certified yoga teachers. Beyond yoga she is a dedicated sound healer, skilled in playing instruments like sound bowls to facilitate chakra openings and vibrational elevation.
