Become your own healer and live in partnership with yourself again. A 4-Month Somatic & Holistic Coaching experience to help you feel connected, grounded, and at home in your body again.

Through nervous system regulation, somatic work, and body-led guidance, you’ll shift out of patterns of stress, burnout, and overthinking, while learning how to understand and support your body in a way that actually works for you.

As your system becomes more regulated, many clients experience relief from persistent symptoms, feel more emotionally grounded, and develop a deeper sense of connection to themselves.

These sessions support you in deepening your connection to your body and inner guidance, while building your capacity for regulation, resilience, and healing. Using nervous system work and somatic practices, we shift your relationship with your body into one of partnership and trust.

REGULATE YOUR SYSTEM

Through body-based work and a deeper understanding of your nervous system, you’ll expand your capacity to shift out of survival and into a more calm, regulated, and anchored way of living.

REBUILD TRUST

Instead of looking outside yourself for answers, you’ll learn how to feel what’s right for your body, so your choices around food, health, and daily life feel natural, aligned, and free.

  • Soma means body. Somatic work is a body-based approach that helps you tune into your body’s signals and support your nervous system. It allows healing to happen through the body, not just the mind. In sessions, we slow down to reconnect with your body, build awareness of your nervous system, and gently work with sensations and stress patterns so your system can shift into a more regulated, supported state.

  • Results look different for everyone, but most clients experience feeling more calm, at ease, and connected to their bodies, with less reactivity to stress, food, and symptoms. As your body becomes more regulated and supported, you may also notice improvements in things like digestion, energy, sleep, and hormone-related symptoms. More than anything, the goal is to help you build a relationship with your body so you feel grounded, supported, and at home in yourself.

  • Yes, this work is designed for exactly that. We support your body from both a physical and nervous system level, addressing things like digestion, hormones, and chronic symptoms while also working with the underlying stress patterns that impact how your body functions and heals. It’s a more integrated approach that goes beyond just managing symptoms.

  • While the foundation of this work is somatic and nervous system healing, we also integrate holistic health coaching to support your body on a physical level. This can include guidance around nutrition, gut health, hormones, and daily habits—always tailored to your body. The difference is we’re not just giving you a plan to follow, but helping you understand how to work with your body so those changes actually stick.

  • Most approaches focus on what you’re doing—protocols, diets, supplements—but not the state your body is in while doing them. If your body is stuck in stress or survival mode, it’s much harder for it to respond, regulate, and heal. This work focuses on changing that foundation, supporting your nervous system and internal environment so your body can actually begin to respond and create lasting change.

  • No, I’m not a licensed therapist, and this work is not therapy. While we work with the nervous system and stored stress patterns in the body, this approach is focused on somatic coaching, nervous system regulation, and helping you build a more supportive relationship with your body. If you’re navigating deeper trauma or need therapeutic support, I always recommend working with a licensed therapist alongside this work.

  • Healing is a lifelong journey, not a final destination. This program provides the tools to grow your capacity to navigate triggers and stress, allowing you to manage your nervous system more effectively and become your own best healer.
